John P. "HOP" April 28, 2014. A retired Captian of the Phila. Fire Dept. who served for 28 years. Dear husband of Theresa (born D'Amico), loving father of Theresa Mary Harrigan, John P. Jr. (Suzanne), Mary (Christopher) Redding, Michael (Alice) and Anthony (Dotsie). Survived by 5 grangchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Brother of the late Daniel and Loretta Harrigan, Mary and Jim Frost and Catherine Harrigan; also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives, Friends, retired Phila. Firefighters, Korean War Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion are invited to his Viewing Thurs eve. at JOHN R. DEADY FUNERAL HOME 2501 S. Camac St. from 7 to 9 P.M. and also Fri. Morn. from 8:30 to 9:15 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial Church of St. Gabriel 10 A.M. Int. Holy Cross Cem. In lieu of flowers donations in Hop's memory to Vitas Hospice 1300 Wolf St. 2nd fl., Phila., PA 19148 would be appreciated.
