Jane (nee DeStefano) September 16, 2021 beloved wife of the late Frank Conforti. Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Monday, September 27, 2021 from 10 to 11 am at St. Agnes Church 701 Little Gloucester Rd. Blackwood, NJ 08012. Funeral Mass 11 am. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA. Donation's in Jane's memory to St. Agnes Church would be appreciated.
