James J. "Chalky" September 1, 2016 beloved husband of Jane (nee Fulton). Cherished dad of Jane (Ray) Casper, Jim Jr., Beth (Jack) McDonough, Bob (Sue), Christine (Rich) Friend and the late Danny. Loving pop of Colleen, Ray (Alexis), Jack (Samantha), Kait (Patrick), Matt, Kyle (Ellie), Kevin, Amanda (Mike), Kieran, Connor and Danny. Great grandfather of Emily, Brynn, Owen and Brielle. Predeceased by 7 sisters and 3 brothers. Brother-in-law of Larry (Dolores) Fulton, Helene (Harry) Jolley, Nancy Fulton and Marie Fulton. Longtime resident of Grays Ferry. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Tuesday 4:00 pm to 7:45 pm at St. Gabriel Church 29th & Dickinson Sts. Funeral Mass 8:00 pm. Funeral procession will be leaving from St. Gabriel Church Wednesday morning 10:00 am for interment in SS Peter & Paul Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jim's memory to St Gabriel Church Memorial Fund 2917 Dickinson St. Phila., PA 19146 or to Our House Ministries 1441 S. 29th St. Phila., PA 19146 would be appreciated.
